  1. Validly activated Coffee#1 Gift Cards are redeemable as full or part payment for all purchases sold in our Coffee#1 Ltd. Stores

  2. Coffee#1 Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash.

  3. The minimum amount required to top-up a Coffee#1 Gift Card is £5. There is no maximum Gift Card limit.

  4. No change or refunds will be given per transaction, but any remaining balance may be applied to future purchases in our Coffee#1 Ltd.stores.

  5. Balances cannot be transferred to another card under any circumstances.

  6. Balances can be used to purchase another Gift Card.

  7. Customers can check their balance at the till in your local Coffee#1.

  8. The Gift Card will expire 18 months after the balance is loaded and any outstanding balance on the card will be forfeit.

  9. A Coffee#1 Gift Card remains the property of Coffee#1 Ltd.

  10. Coffee#1 Ltd. cannot be held liable for Gift Cards, which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged or defaced.

  11. Coffee#1 Ltd. reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where it reasonably considers it necessary to do so. Reasonable notice of such changes will be given where possible.
